Staff- both Gloria and her colleague at breakfast were attentive and helpful. A good welcome and courtesy, highly appreciated. Cleanest room ever, with all the comforts.

The first thing I would say is about the staff especially Yousef in the restaurant,who made our stay exceptional, all the staff were great .The hotel provided everything we needed the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and we had dinner twice in the restaurant plenty of choices provided.

We selected the hotel for its location close to an event we were attending at Orta. We liked the proximity to the lake and used the little public beach nearby.
