“A perfect quiet getaway with no distractions.”

A fantastic Villa located a very short walk from a stunning beach. The owners are onsite and very helpful and we spent nearly the whole week at the Villa or on the beach. No need to go anywhere else. If you are looking to detach from the world, switch off and chill this is definitely the place to go. Some great little restaurants in nearby towns .. loved it

the location was amazing, super quiet and a 2 minute walk to a beautiful quiet shallow beach. the pool and area was perfect and the balcony area lovely for taking in the sea views. The owners and their family are super lovely and we would not hesitate to return here for another holiday. it was the most relaxed we’ve been for a long long time

Our family of 4 (two adults, two children) stayed a week at Villa Mula in June 2022. In total, our stay was a pleasurable one. Location: The house is very nicely located in a residential and quiet area. The next beach is just some minutes away by foot, and is ideal for small children as it is very shallow and has nice sand for the kids to play with. There are not much tourist offerings around (which we loved, it was a quiet neighbourhood!), we drove for shopping and restaurants to the nearest city Orosei, approx 15 min away. Apartment: Overall, the house is very nice, with the highlights being a very large terrace (in the apartments on the top floor), or a beautiful green garden (ground level apartments). Another BIG plus was the great pool. Although Sardinia is full of beautiful beaches, our kids just loved it to go to the pool quickly and return easily to the room, without having everything full of sand everytime! The rooms were clean, beds were ok as well. Communication: good. We aligned our arrival time via WhatsApp with the owner, and were greeted nicely upon arrival. Key handover was smooth.
