Location is fantastic - the lake is solely yours 99% of the time. the views from the terrace are awesome. While you technically have neighbours you barely notice them and with the windows closed you don't hear a thing. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. It had just about everything (except a blender if I'm nitpicking). The AC was wonderful when cooking. The beach is only a 7 min walk away. However we preferred to book a parking spot at Oasis Biderossa as you got 5 even more beautiful and more quiet bays. The owner also has kayaks for rent at a really reasonable price. We ended up kayaking every other evening on what was pretty much our private lake and did the Canale Stagno twice.
