The fine print
Please do not smoke inside the house. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will forfeit your security deposit. Please do not check-out late. Please do not leave garbage in the unit and please tidy up per your rental agreement there are fees associated with trash removal and unit deep cleans. If your check-out affects the maid, you will be charged a late check out fee per your rental agreement. If it affects the next guests ability to check in, you will forfeit your security deposit. If you have a pet that sheds excessively, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee that is outlined in your rental agreement. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good value for money with good sized rooms, easy parking, good gym and pool nice for a quick swim after the parks. Host was quick to answer any questions. Would use as a base again but not for spending full days at.

Next time in Orlando we will definitely come back to The Palisades. The apartment exceeds our expectations. The location is easy to arrive. Seven minutes by car there is a nice shopping center where we went every morning for a walk and a coffee. The pool and hot tub are open until 9pm which is convenient when coming back from the parks. The apartment view and balcony were very relaxing.

The rooms were nice. My children really enjoyed their room with the Pac-Man game console. It was clean and ready for our arrival.
