Excellent hotel at Universal Orlando. We were able to check in on arrival at 9 am and the stay included express passes for 2 days at Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Florida Studios.

Room ready by 8.30am when we checked in! Wonderful staff, large room, super dinner and breakfast at The Kitchen. Included 2 days of unlimited express passes for Universal Studios. Rock memorabilia throughout the hotel.

Travelled from UK stayed in villa then travelled to hotel, wouldn't accept copies of passport so had to drive back to villa Personally this should be in big bold highlighted writing bot in small orint
