I am from South Africa, so I was a bit cautious. However, Pestana Orlando Suites-Lake Buena Vista made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I was greeted with the most friendly staff who were very helpful and kind. They informed me of any charges before they went off and with the bus schedule. After check-in they phoned to make sure that all is well. The free bus ride to DisneyWorld was so easy to navigate. As a foreign solo traveller for that, I really appreciated their help and communication.

Extremely clean, great pool and laundry! INCREDIBLE STAFF! Big shout out the most incredible staff member Precious! I had to quickly book after a negative experience at a unhygenic resort down the road and was calmly welcomed and reassured over the phone and during check in! Will only stay here during my trips ! I found several of the other hotels are dated and unfortunately not very clean. This was a welcome surprise to be so modern and clean all over!

Hotel very well located for the attractions and parks, restaurants nearby. Modern hotel with spacious rooms and kept in an immaculate condition. Staff welcoming ,friendly and really looked after us and made our stay very special.
