The personnel was very friendly and helpful. They kindly accommodated all my requests. There was a problem with the light in the bathroom, which was fixed within an hour. The hotel is very conveniently located, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and close to the Disney parks. I was also very positively surprised that they allowed me to late check out (14:00) without any extra charge.

the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast is basic for what i am used to in UK or Mexico, but did the job with cereals, yogurt, scrambled eggs, waffle/pancakes/french toast varied through the week. there are plenty of restaurants near by. The location is convenient for the parks using UBER $10-13 per ride.

It is very different to Crowne in Akl, NZ - I believe we have a better standard. The picture of the pool is deceiving - disappointed at how small it was. Staff were very friendly and helpful. How the bed was made with a smiley face.
