The location The employees at the reception, maintenance, and housekeeping, EXCEPT the new supervisor's boss or manager... who leaves a new supervisor on the job in the middle of summer without proper training?

The location was great for us as we used it as a launchpad to Disney and Universal Parks. The hotel was older, but totally clean throughout and no real signs of wear. The staff were happy and helpful. My wife and I found the bed to be very comfortable.
