We had such a lovely time. The property inside was beautiful and clean. Lots of equipment in the kitchen so we were able to cook our own meals. The pool area was lovely.

The property was clean and tidy, and they were very efficient in contacting me about the procedure coming into the property showing videos of everything. The pool is a nice size and the parking is huge and very secure.

HAD TO CONTACT THE AGENT OURSELVES. HAD A VERY BRIEF CONVERSATION. THE AGENT THEN SENT US A MESSAGE VIA WHATS APP TO COLLECT THE KEYS FROM A LETTER BOX WITH A VIDEO & PIN LOCATION THEN ANOTHER VIDEO AND PIN LOCATION TO THE PROPERTY WE WE'RE RENTING. NOT THE EXPERIANCE THAT WAS PROMISED. SOMEONE WAS SUPPOSED TO MEET US AND TAKE US TO THE RENTAL PROPERTY. THE AGENT TOLD US HE HAD SOMETHING MORE IMPORTANT TO DO. NOT THE BEST TO BE HONEST. HAD A BRIEF CONVERSATION BUT HE SEEMED LIKE HE COULDN'T REALLY BE BOTHERED TO SPEAK WITH US. ALL DONE VIA WHAT'S APP FROM THEN ON.
