Hugh “A perfect place to stay to explore Orange”

From the warm welcome when we arrived we knew this was a special place. It is a delightful bed and breakfast close to Orange in park like grounds. The winter room has a wonderful fireplace for that cosy feel. The rooms are large and the breakfasts are delicious. We were given a different breakfast each day. We’d love to go back.

The accommodation had everything we needed — comfy room, great service, and everything was clean and well looked after. The breakfast was a real highlight, super tasty and a perfect start to the day.

Easily the best B&B i have stayed in. Kay and John are impeccable hosts and there is nothing you want for at all. You are given all the tourist information you could want at check in. It was more helpful than the tourist information centre. The property is immaculate and the size of your accommodation is apartment size. The garden is stunning beautiful to walk around and a pool for summer. Very thoughtful extras piccolo bottles of wine and savoury nibbles in your fridge. As well as shortbread to have with tea and coffee. Kays breakfast is amazing. Their ownership of a cafe previously & another B&B a total of 30 years of hospitality shines through!
