Breath-taking view through panoramic windows, just 5 meters from the sea! You can hear only sound of waves - no other industrial noises. Close to huge supermarket (10 minutes by foot, 4 minutes by car). Direct access to Lungomare promenade (pedestrian seaside road) which takes you 5-10 minutes walk to good restaurants in Volosko or Opatija (10-15 minutes). Private parking. Absolutely silent place, perfect for sunbathing.
