Close to seaside only a busy road is between the apartman and stairs of coastal promenade. Friendly owners.

The location is excellent! We just crossed the road and we were on the first beach. There is a dog beach nearby, small rocky beach and pebble beach suitable for small children. The garden is beautiful, we had a very nice porch with deck chairs and sea view. Bed was very comfortable, everything was clean. Beach in Ičići is 5 minutes walk, and town Opatija is about 15-20 minutes walk.

The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and due to its location, surprisingly cool. We only needed the air conditioning for about 20 minutes every day, after sunset it's cool enough to sleep with the windows open. The cooker wouldn't work so the landlady kindly allowed us to use the one in the next door apartment. She is lovely and very helpful. We will be back, I am sure. Private parking for free - a treasure in Opatija.
