Hotel Overview

Set in the very heart of Opatija, Hotel Agava is housed in a 19th-century villa and offers elegant rooms, an on-site restaurant and a café with a terrace where guests can enjoy watching people passing by on the main street. Free internet access is provided.

The well-known Angiolina Park with views of Kvarner Bay can be found in the immediate vicinity, as well as Lungomare, a 12 km-long promenade along the entire riviera, going from Volosko, via Opatija, to Lovran.

I like the handwritten welcome note waiting for us in the room, nice and friendly receptionists, the best breakfast ever, the calm classy elegance of our room and the breakfast parlour. Our stay looked more like being at "home" than in a hotel.

It was a perfect stay for 1 night, we could safely park our car as well. The welcome was amazing, with Prosecco and fruits and we also got a small gift at the end! Breakfast was great.
