The hosts are two delightful and open young people with children. The house has a warm family atmosphere. They both speak excellent English and share very interesting stories and useful information. Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and in the apartment there was treat waiting for us in the form of bread, cold cuts, cheese and fruits. Very nice after a long journey. The location of the apartment is great. A five minute walk is a pretty big beach with lots of shade and a restaurant right on the water. The other much larger beach is five minutes by car or ten minutes away on foot. There you will find a large parking lot, a restaurant and a cocktail bar. A few steps from the apartment there are three restaurants, a well-equipped general grocery store and a fruits stall. You don't have to worry about traffic jams in Omis. The apartment is in such a place that you can get close to the old town bypassing traffic jams and park for free. The apartment is beautiful, bright and well equipped with new things. It has an amazing sea view. Here you can happily greet a new day with breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the sunset in the evening. It has underground parking but I loved parking under a green pergola with plants.

Maximum satisfaction and charm from the accommodation. Beautiful, new, modern house, well equipped, with a nice view of the sea and the pleasant surroundings of the house, well situated, in a quite quiet and peaceful place, although approx. 150 m from the sea and uphill and maybe 200 m below the Adriatic highway. Great fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher. Everything. A place, one of the few, where we will definitely return. So far the best communication, care, helpfulness, willingness and help of the owner of the house that we have ever experienced anywhere in our life. Truly king-sized beds with excellent mattresses. 3 balconies, 2 small in front of 2 bedrooms and 1 large in front of the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are located to the east, but the high mountains protect them from the morning sun. View from the apartment to all sides of the world. Amazing balcony seating. Only about 70 m shop and small market, nearby restaurants and cafes. Calm beaches with pine trees and small pebbles. Excellent access to the water. Overall clean, including the sea. An excellent place to park, either in the underground garage or next to the house on a spacious completely level lot, which is rare for this hilly area, under a pergola with a climbing plant. The possibility of putting away a boat, paddleboard. 3 km away is the beautiful town of Omiš with unique scenery and the Cetina river canyon. The possibility of sailing from the port of the city on the river, rafting on the river, trips, cruises by cruise ship to the opposite island of Brač with the unique beach of Bol. We have been to 13 places along the Adriatic in our lifetime. Last time at the beginning of this summer in Slovenia. This is the 1st place where there were no mosquitoes, midges, flies and wasps. It was surprising. In Slovenia, we had many mosquitoes by the sea, and that was before the strong storms an and floods. If you are allergic to them, it could be a big benefit.

The apartment was as advertised. Not a luxury apartment, but a clean, modern and functional one. Freshly renovated, our family of four appeared to be the first guests. We had the top floor apartment, and it felt spacier than it appeared in the pictures. The balcony with a view was indeed nice, above other houses, broad view to the gulf. The owner family speaks and writes excellent English and was very responsive to the rare issues we faced. So you can trust the description to be accurate. The entrance is indeed private, parking is easy, all apartment is clean, all appliances are modern and good brands, Internet is fast (measured 60 MB downstream, watching Netflix etc flawlessly with the Smart TV). The AC unit was slightly noisy but given the heat wave during our holiday, we were happy to leave it alone just to do its hard job. Other pro tips for active families: (1) the sandy Duce beach on the other side of Omiš is excellent for smaller kids and (2) Fitness center Joker sells 15-day membership for 33 EUR; really nice gym with friendly staff and (3) many boat options, we opted for Tornado's 1-day tour to Brac as they organized for us also a ride from the house and (4) the rafting scene down the river is the big thing in Omiš. Unfortunately, our youngest kid was too young for that but I could see families with teenagers having a blast.
