The fine print
Thank you for your interest in my space. I would be happy to confirm your request for your stated number of guests.Please review my rules and policies below, letting me know they work for you and we can go ahead and confirm.1. Be courteous of neighbors, no outside noise after 9pm.
2. Leave no messes
3. No shoes on the carpet
4. Have last load of used sheets, pillow cases, towels, dishes washing upon checkout
5. Garbage goes in wheeled cart by garage. If checking out Sunday through Wednesday, take wheeled cart to curb
6. NO SMOKING or vaping in the house OR garage, & Fireplace is not to be used
7. More guests present than booked, even if they're not staying the night, MUST BE disclosed & approved first. If not, guests risk cancellation & removal from the property without refund
8. Violation of any rules are subject to additional fees collected after checkout
9. Any damage must be reported immediately
10. Anything left behind & asked to be shipped will be a service fee of $40 plus cost of shipping.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
