Please note that the minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon check-in and water bottles are supplied daily.Towels are provided free of charge by the poolside.In ultra all-inclusive service all local drinks and some imported drinks are complimentary 24-hour a day.The property requires a non-refundable deposit for group bookings of 3 rooms or more.Guests are required to present the credit card used for reservation upon check-in. Guests wish to use another credit card are kindly requested to provide an authorized letter and a copy of the card holder's passport. Guests will be charged for the full amount if these requirements are not met and the previous amount will be refunded to the first credit card.

The most beautiful is the view, hotel is great, perfect for kids there is slides in the hotel and then you have free access to really cool water park that is not far away. The best and most consistent staff who made our stay even more amazing are Sude, Ayesegul, and our cleaning lady. These 3 ladies are just exceptional and they deserve to run the place also i have to mention Ceink on private pool bar he makes best ice coffees. Spa is great, shout out to TJ and his great deals. And Hassan who sorted us really cool airport transfer. Food is amazing, and the shows in the evening are class. And it was close to zip line that goes 2km in the mountains, one of the best days out definitely worth doing.Restaurant over there was amazing as well.

Food was fantastic. Quality and choice. Staff were lovely. Room very clean and comfortable. Lots of loungers both in (much needed shade) and sunny location
