If paying in cash, the property accepts payments in CZK only. The hotel exchange rate can be different to the one provided by your bank. If paying by credit card, it will be charged in CZK. Differences are not refundable.Please note that the wellness is open on Thursday and Friday from 16:00 to 22:00, and on Saturday from 12:00 to 22:00 (summer opening hours). The last entry to the wellness centre is possible at 21:00.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 20 Euro per pet and night applies.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This is the 2nd time that I've stayed at the Theresian, and once again the room was amazing. It's spacious and the bed is huge and incredibly comfortable.

The room was clean, big and comfortable. The staff at the check in was very polite, patient and helpful. The employee checking us in spoke excellent English. The waiting staff at the breakfast area was kind and obliging too. We also liked how close to the old town the hotel is, the trams were also convenient (there is a stop right next to the hotel). The breakfast was tasty and with a good variety of dishes.
