This five-room cottage with a private entrance and dedicated off street private parking place comprises: On the ground floor there is a sitting room and separate kitchen. The sitting room (with 32inch flat screen smart UHD TV) with a sofa and soft chair and the dining table. The Wi-Fi modem is located under the window in the sitting room - with Wi-Fi speed of 42 Mbps and an ethernet (cable in cupboard) speed of 70 Mbps. There is also a wood burning stove. The separate fully fitted kitchen which includes 1.5 bowel sink, pantry, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, gas oven and hob, washing machine, dish washer. The first floor - with a small landing - there are two separate double bedrooms (one with walk in wardrobe) and family bathroom with a P shaped bath and shower, water closet, basin.

Everything ! Lovely hidden gem right off the High Street, lovely kitchen with everything you need . Clean modern bathroom, bedrooms spacious and comfortable lounge with dining table .

Lovely property uniquely away from it all but in the centre too. We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage in a lovely quiet location within strolling distance of pubs, restaurants and shops.

Olney is a small market town, clean and well kept. The house is set back from the main road, and is incredibly quiet, considering how close we were to all the amenities. The cottage is old, quirky and has a lovely log burner.
