We used Lamorna for three nights as a base during our time at the British Grand Prix 2025. We wanted some where within twenty minutes travelling to the the Park & Ride, Sixfields, Northampton and a location that offered plenty of choice for dinner in the evening. Lamorna provided all those with ease. The twin bedded room (Room 4) was just the right size and offered us enough facilities for our needs. Shower was a good size, and powerful providing all the stimulus required for 0300hrs - 0400hrs starts over the three days. We didn't make any use of the facilities available downstairs or the garden due to the early starts and late finishes but the kitchen/diner is impressive. Parking available for five cars to the front of the property and free car parking across the road. There are excellent facilities in Olney including a Sainsbury, Tesco, Aldi, and a choice of Chinese, English, Indian, Turkish, restaurants, pubs and pizzerias.
