The room had everything we needed, including a small fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The staff was nice, and the check-in/check-out went seamlessly. Great value for money!

The manager was very kind and helpful. The heritage hotel has kept its charm while the renovated rooms are clean with beautifully renewed flooring, modern bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. Next time I'm in Oliver, I will be sure to stay here again.

Although they had a fairly early close to their check-in they went out of their way to point this out to me and to ensure that there was in fact a staff member available when I did arrive later that evening. The rooms are very clean, there is a welcome note, there's a coffee machine that is well stocked. The room was clean and I had a good night sleep. Certainly would go back again.

The room was large and clean, the bed and pillows were comfy. They had drinks and snacks for purchase in the room which was a nice feature. Definitely value for money. The staff were extra accommodating and friendly.
