Location was great. Rooms were clean. After reading some of the reviews I was afraid to see the rooms. But the carpets had been replaced - new vinyl flooring. Still quite basic and very dated light fixtures, but no problems, Everything worked, and it was a clean place to sleep. Rooms have air conditioning which worked well.
