It was very clean, stylish & in a quiet neighbourhood. We were able to walk just 10 minutes to 3 restaurants.

New nice apartment with a terrace that has got special sun shade shutter. Small garden area. Very comfortable beds, large closets and dressers and enough space to store all clothes. Mosquito nets on all windows and doors. Good air conditioning system in all rooms. Kitchen is well equipped in case you want to cook. Calm neighborhood and good location. Energy and water will be charged based on usage. The property management was very helpful, reachable all the time and everything was handled very correctly. Travelled with 2 Families.
