If you rent the place for a family, you don´t sharer the kitchen with other people, and therefore there is plenty of space.

Luca, the owner, is super helpful and makes sure you’ve got all the info you need for check-in and how to get to the guesthouse. He also gave us great tips on where to eat and what to do around Olbia. The rooms look just like the pictures – clean, modern, and comfy. The A/C works great (a lifesaver in summer!), and you’ve got access to a shared kitchen too. Beds are big and cozy, and the bathrooms are spacious with everything you need. There were even snacks in the kitchen, plus water and ice cream waiting in the fridge – such a nice touch! The location is close to the city center and bus stops for the beach and other towns, so it's really convenient. Definitely great value for Olbia.

It was perfect to be at Luca’s house. He is nice, friendly and very helpful. The location of the house is very good, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets, also it’s close to public transport. Breakfast is amazing and the house is nice super clean, very nice towels and the room is very comfy. Totally recommended.
