The fine print
Kindly note that there is no reception/lobby area at the property therefore, luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. In case of last-minute notification, it may take more than an hour for the manager to arrive at the property.The outdoor Heated Tub temperature is set between 28-30 degrees Celsius and cannot be changed. Maximum temperature depends on external weather conditions.Breakfast is included in your reservation, but the order must be placed the latest by 22:30 the previous night, because it is provided by an external associate.
If you do not place your order by 22:30 the previous night, you will not be able to have breakfast and there will be no reduction in your rate.Please note that we experience water and power supply shortage on the island.
These result to:
a- Repeated water supply cuts (for shorter or longer periods) along with water pressure issues and
b- Inconsistency of power stability which makes machinery not being able to operate normally consequently leading to having warm water for shower instead of hot water, also affecting the heated tub temperature which may not be able to reach the set temperature.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Services were good, they helped carry our luggage. Location was quite convenient, but our balcony is literally on the main street, so not very quiet and private. Room was quite modern and pretty. Breakfast was in a takeaway form but quite nice.

Giota and her team were fantastic. We felt supported and looked after for the whole stay. The room was clean and cosy, and the view was FANTASTIC! Every morning breakfast was delivered Anne it was tasty and delicious! Location is the best right in the middle of Oia! This place was a GEM 💎

Excellent location with beautiful view of the caldera which was partially obstructed by the building in front. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. TV had full range of apps (Netflix and Disney +). Giota was helpful with arranging the transfers and catamaran.
