The staff was friendly and polite, it was a good price for the room, it was close to where we needed to be and *right next to* a taco bell and Starbucks which was nice, and the room was pretty aesthetic wise.

This particular Quality Inn is about the best 2 star hotel you'll find. It's not lavish or fancy, but the manger (owner?) Victor is above-expectations pleasant and helpful. He understands customer relations better than almost any other lodging at which I've stayed. He graciously accommodated my requests during my most recent stay. He genuinely wants his clientele to have a wonderful stay. This place has features not available at some 3-star places, such as a hot tub in addition to the indoor pool. And, unlike some other places, the aquatic facilities here are clean and well-maintained. Again, this is not fancy or high-class, but then neither are the prices. The carpets in the halls and rooms have recently been updated. I think that perhaps previous management had let things slip just a tad and my last couple of visits have demonstrated that things are on the upswing. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at the O'Fallon, IL Quality Inn in the future. I've stayed here several times and in fact, it has become my go-to place when I visit the area.
