The hotel is great! I was very satisfied with my stay. First of all, the room was spacious, with a comfortable setting and good soundproofing. I was really impressed with the polite and attentive staff, always ready to help and provide useful recommendations about the city. The location is perfect: the hotel is in the city center, which made it easy to get to all the sights and enjoy walks through the historic streets. The spa center is also worth mentioning. There are a couple of things that could be improved: the softness of the mattress and pillows, and the breakfast was quite modest, it’s clear that it’s off-season, and there aren't many guests, but I would’ve liked a bit more variety. Overall, the hotel made a positive impression. I would happy return here when I’m in the city again!

great location, very safe, with deep shelter. Nice restaurant, very nice room with good shower and high ceilings. And very kind and helpfull staff. Highly recommended.
