Conveniently located, compact, and cozy creative accommodation. The semi-basement room made us feel safer during the drone attacks in Odesa.

The property has all that it states, is very nice, and has no issues. Only thing is that they could do with AC in the living areas as well as the bedrooms but overall it was great

this is a self check in hotel. I never saw anyone. All went through viber and i got the door code..it is an amazing cozy 3 floors mini apartment with the first floor above ground, one under ground an one above. Its like a little house with amazing atmosphere. Clean great showers, slippers, even tootpaste and free tooth brushes. Tv´s airco..towels..kitchen etc.. was very happy to stay there. Perfect

It is a super pleasant, comfortable and well-arranged property for 2, 4 or 6 people in center of the old city. Easy to check-in, safe parking place, clean and nice apartment which satisfies all your needs.
