Everything is absolutely perfect! Very spacious flat, clean, comfortable, excellent value for money, location is very convenient (a short walk to the train station) and not too far from the city centre also. And the owner is very friendly and kind too! One of my best finds on this site over 10 years of travels!

Everything was absolutely perfect, probably the most comfortable place I’ve ever stayed at in Ukraine (more than 10 trips in almost every big city). Spacious, modern, clean, excellent value for money and location is pretty good (close to a big shopping centre, supermarkets, and walking distance from the station). The owner is also very friendly and nice.
