1. Beach - probabily one of the most beautiful beach in the world 2. Location - the apartment is right on the beach 3. Curtains - are very important as the sun is strong 4. View- from the 5th floor you can have a magnificent view of Black sea (the apartment has front and side sea view) 5. Huge terraces of the apartment 6. Very good communication with the owner, Dessi
