From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism that made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. The owner’s personal touch was evident in every detail — from the beautifully maintained property to the thoughtful amenities that made our stay so comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of heart and dedication goes into running this hotel, and it truly shows. The staff were exceptional — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Whether it was offering local tips, accommodating special requests, or simply checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, their service was consistently above and beyond. The hotel itself was immaculate, with elegant decor, spacious rooms, and all the modern comforts you’d expect from a 4-star property. The wellness area was a peaceful retreat, and the breakfast buffet was a daily delight — fresh, varied, and delicious. Everything was excellent - location (very close to Gamsleiten 1), staff (very helpful and friendly), food (great breakfast and plenty of choice, and also the option for dinner in the evenings) and rooms (very comfortable and clean).
