The fact it was only 3/4 minutes from the center of oban and there was private parking.

Excellent location and good off street parking. Good for us as had valuables on the car roof. Cheap compared to other places, but no breakfast

No fuss, discreet host- come and go as you please. Easy free parking and close to Oban centre. Everything you would want in the room, attention to detail 👍

Everything what I need - comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom. Oban very good location. Nice and quiet. Parking spot. Highly recommended.
