Conveniently situated a 10 minute walk from the town centre/train station/ferry terminal. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable and little touches like the hairdryer and bath robe were appreciated. Tea, coffee, milk and water were replenished daily if wanted.

Absolutely spot on, has everything you need and more. Very pleasant and helpful, super clean and central everything within walking distance. Will certainly go back and stay here again. Thank you for the lovely stay. ❤️

Highly recommend Rose Villa, its a beautiful Guest house , Jacqueline and Stuart were so welcoming, they truly know how to make you feel welcome and all the wee extra touches were very much appreciated. Best sleep I've had in a very long time in a very peaceful street just a wee short walk from the centre of Oban

Great location, 5 minutes walk into Oban town. Comfortable, bright room. Lovely, welcoming staff. Car parking. Nice little extra touches like the can of Irn Bru and a Tunnocks Teacake. Great value.
