The Place is perfectly in the centre of Oaxaca. The room is comfortable, clean and nice, the bathroom large. The staff provides you with toilets necessaries, and the reservation includes a tasty breakfast on the top of their terrace.

It’s a beautiful hotel, great and quiet location. Except for the weekends I guess. I took a large room, just a little bit more expensive but a lot more convenience.
