The room was very clean, with a good en suite bathroom. Towels, linens etc were good quality and very clean. The location was excellent, right in the centre of the old town so we could walk everywhere.

I liked the art and the pool. The hotel is located conveniently near the zócalo and surrounding food kiosks. The room was comfortable. The public space in the courtyard needs to be made more welcoming as it isn’t a space where you feel you want to spend time.

Clean with good decoration. Room was cleaned every day. The only thing is the toilet was really small.

Hotel building, space and style was fabulous - we loved this. Plants, seating, columns, painting. We thought location was super too. Room met all expectations - cleaned daily, good coffee machine, lovely big windows made a bright room. AC excellent. Spa was amazing but undersold - again when we asked reception staff they didn't sell this like it was amazing. They just said look at the code. We prefer a menu of what is offered. Laundry service - excellent time and value
