The apartment provided us with plenty of space, a kitchen, two bedrooms and all the facilities we could want. The rate charged was exceptionally good value at a time when everywhere else in Oaxaca seemed to be overcharging by a factor of 3 in the run up to day of the dead. The owner Gladis was very helpful and communicating well with us before and during our stay. This was our second visit to Oaxaca and we found the location to be perfect . A safe ten minute walk to the Zocalo in a quiet area with several decent breakfast places, a taqueria and a couple of really nice Mescaleria nearby. Should we return, we would definitely stay here again. We travel a LOT and this is something that rarely happens!

Gladis was a very accommodating hostess . Friendly and got us anything we needed and always checking on us. We loved staying at her place. We highly recommend this place. We were very sad to say good-bye to Gladis and Oaxaca.

Convenient location within walking distance from the main sights of the city’s colonial center, with safe parkings in adjacent streets. Hot water in the shower. Well-equipped apartment.
