Stayed for 5 days just wife and I. Great comms from the owners in lead up to stay re what's what with the house re facilities, grounds, location attractions etc. Could not have asked for more and responded quickly to any questions I had. House is fab for a couple, small family (6 max) without need for cottage (which I didn't inspect). Located just off the road, the grounds are amazingly well kept and laid out, Great pool (and pool toys) and deck / outdoor entertaining area. Owners provided plenty of mozzie coils and bug candle which in FNQ you need but that's life. What you see in the pictures is what you get. I lovely place to spend time and not see anyone else around. Bliss. Perfect location for larger family group to use both house and cottage and not disturb the neighbours.

Cottonwood is a lovely house in a stunning location. The grounds are beautiful and lead right down to the water's edge. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. Hosts Jenny and David were super helpful when we encountered a glitch with the smart TV and had a technician there first thing next morning. Most days we stayed at the house, walked on the beach and swam in the pool. It was hard to leave.
