The receptionist was extra kind and efficient . She responded to my queries on time . We were travelling with senior citizens and the staff ( including the restaurant staff) were very kind n co operative

Nice hotel and staff, but a few problems. The balcony doors did not lock, so security issue. The WiFi did not work properly and the TV in my room did not work.
