Initially, we were hesitant about booking this villa due to some of the previous negative reviews. However, our experience completely exceeded expectations! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided exceptional service throughout. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking city and mountain views. Exploring the villa's surroundings was another highlight—they were truly marvelous. We've never stayed in such a beautiful place in Nuwara Eliya, and the views were unforgettable. Highly recommended for vacations or short visits. The price and service were excellent—great value for money!
