We arrived with 2 carsick kids and were told by one staff member they don't offer a laundry service so I hand washed all the spew clothes and hung them out and then another offered a Laundry service. Room was fine but no Windows and right off the living area which had some very noisy other guests. Bathroom was terrible the door wouldn't shut and the whole room was so tiny, water everywhere even tho there was no water pressure. In the end the staff were helpful but it took a couple of days

Hotel was clean, staff is super friendly, Madhushan was cooking breakfast every day european shri lankan anything what i wanted, helped with sightseeing, guiding which places are worth seeing. Location is good near station, peaceful neighbourhood. There is a friendly crow and squerrls outside under the tree they are fun to watch.
