Everything was perfect! The staff are the warmest and most accommodating people, always smiling and doing their best to ensure that our stay was 10/10 (thank you Riska, Hendra and Cicilia, plus so many more!). Great food at the restaurants, the best buffet breakfast, beautiful setting and great location (only 20 mins from the airport, right on the beach, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby, even though we didn’t need to venture out of the resort often). We did beautiful family photos, organised by the resort (thanks Ayu). We stayed as a family of 4 for 8 nights, so we had our laundry done several times at a tiny laundry just across the street from Conrad. There is also a small convenience store just across the street, and Bali Collection (outdoor market and restaurants) just a 5min/$5AUD cab away (or free shuttle every 1.5hrs). I couldn’t fault a thing, our stay was just perfect!!

Everything was just perfect. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly at every turn. Special thanks to Ms Cicilia who took great care of us and fulfilled our requests. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners were delicious. There was something tasty for everyone. We really enjoyed the swimming pools, of which there are many in the hotel. We wish to return there again in the future.
