- Please note that traveller's cheques are not accepted in ZanzibarWe would like to inform you that starting on 1st JULY 2023 all guests will be charged a new “INFRASTRUCTURE TAX” imposed by the Zanzibar Revenue Board (ZRB).
The amount for all guests will be USD 5 per person per day and must be collected on arrival at check-in or on Departure. The tax is applicable to both adults and children.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We were warmly welcomed by Geoffrey, who takes care of booking.com guests, and he made our whole stay very pleasant. We received a room upgrade, and we had a beautiful view from the top-floor room. The room was spacious enough, even though we had an extra bed for our child. The additional point I would like to highlight is the kitchen, all the food and drinks were super delicious and you could be very spoiled here. The beach place has been a top here. We will be very happy to come back.

A great place! We came here for the 2nd time, which was even better than the first... We got a big room, in the size of an apartment, watching the ocean. Abdul in the reception, Demist and Cresent in the pool and the beach bars were all so lovely, helpful and kind! Thank you for the best vacation!

After we booked, Geoffrey contacted us on behalf of the hotel to offer activities and a free room upgrade for our group. They also put extra beds in the rooms for us as we were travelling with friends and didn't want to share double beds. Throughout our stay all the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs.
