The apartment was very clean and is very well located, especially for family with small children - you just need to cross the street and you reach nice playground (all in natural shadow because of pine trees) and after few more meters there is a nice beach also with a lot of natural shadow from pine trees - so perfect for small children! We have been there with a small baby - no problems with the stroller at all, there are just 3 stairs to come to the apartment, it is on the groundfloor, otherwise you are just fine. It is very calm in the evening, no music to hear from bars etc. To the city center it is about 15 min by walk, or you can go with touristic small "train" for 3 euro. There is one small market behind the corner but they do not really have nice stuff. The apartment has big terrace and washing machine, AC in every room.
