The host was waiting for us when we arrived to the property. They greeted us with a big welcome and beautiful smile. They showed us around the property and explained all that we needed to know, i.e., wifi password, dust bins and recycling bins etc. There was a nice bottle of homemade rakia (Croatian white brandy) and homemade apple pie waiting for us on the kitchen table. What a great welcome gesture! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, lovely furniture, amazing sea view from the both bedrooms, lovely bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The centre of the town was only 10 minutes walking distance from the property and the beach was also just a few streets down the road. We had a beautiful time there, recharged with a lots of positive energy and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We even got a nice goodby gift from the host. I can highly recommend this place and especially this host. Thank you Svjetlana, see you again. Big hugs from Renata & Boris

From the appartment it is only a short walk to the center of Novi Vinodolski, and the beach is accessible within 15 minutes walking. It is very nice and clean and with 2 seperate bathrooms. The apprtment is well furnished. The garden has deck chairs where you can lay down and relax. Parking is available. The host speaks German very well.
