The apartment is within walking distance of the old town hall, the cathedral and the three old orthodox churches. The Danube Park is also very close by, as well as many cosy cafes and restaurants. It is tastefully furnished and has everything you need to stay as you wish. Last, but not least, having a parking space nearby is wonderful.

This is the second time we stayed at Filin premmisses. Both times we were very satisfied. Clean, well furbishef, on fine, excellent locations in the city center, yet a 50 or 100 meters from the busy streets. Fine parking a couple of hundred meters away. Highly recommended

Excellent location and VERY clean. Keys in the lock box, so easy to check in at any time. Great communication with the host, lovely view from the balcony and kitchen that was equipped with everything we needed. Farmers market across the road. Would definitely recommend this place.
