The fine print
-Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee-Strictly no stag or hen parties-Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage)-A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged-Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.-The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The interior has been beautifully designed and is nice & comfortable! It looks exactly like the pictures and feels quite luxurious! The kitchen and apartment as a whole was very well equipped which was great! The location is perfect to explore West Bridgford and also close enough to the City Centre! Bed super comfy. The apartment is more spacious than we were expecting too!
