Noise could be experienced due to the building work. Car Parking is not available on site.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Fabulous location for the arena. Communication was excellent. All the information you need for self check in is provided. The apartment was really clean and comfortable.

The 1 bed apartment was perfect (not the one pictured) . We stayed in Flat 8 on 12th floor so the views over the city were great. The bed was really comfortable and the heating was simple and quick to operate, There is also a sofa in the lounge area which can use doubled up as a bed. There is everything you'd need and more. A home from home. A real great find at an amazing price. The owner communicates efficiently too. Secure underground car parking (£15) was a bonus too.

This was a beautiful apartment in a good location. It was fantasticly kitted out with just about everything, immaculate and spacious. The customer service was excellent too, accommodating me, per my request through the booking.com app, immediately with an earlier check in a very friendly manner. I should also mention Tim, the concierge on the ground floor, a very helpful, professional guy and nothing was too much trouble! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ for me👌

Great location, spacious and clean - only downside was it stank of smoke ( despite air fresheners obviously being used) . But would definitely stay again. Minutes form the restaurants. We ended up parking in the Victoria Centre which was £17 for 24 hours and a few moments away
