If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Great location (walking distance into town, also the tram station very close), Parking space directly in front of house (in a safe area), 3 small but separate bedrooms, communication and check-in procedure was quick and easy. We would consider booking again.

The location for us was perfect, short 5 minute walk to the train station and another 5 mins to the bus station. Car parking space was perfect and was quiet area so no issues on a night.

The location was quiet, really good & quite close to town and with good transport links. Around 5 minutes on foot to the train station. Having a parking space off-street was a big plus. Host very pleasant, and was quick to respond when I raised a few issues.
