The property is in an excellent location. It is in a quiet residential area, with parking space for two cars on the drive and more on the road if required. It is very easy to find, close to the centre of Nottingham but also easy to explore the wonderful Sherwood Forest. There are attractive gardens with Manor House and Museum within walking distance. The house is welcoming with the organisation of the rooms, but attention to detail with cleaning and some of the fixtures and fittings needs to be improved. Bash was a welcoming host and came to see us before we left. he was attentive to our comments and, I feel sure, will act on our comments!! We enjoyed our stay.

The beds were comfortable and the WiFi was good. The house was clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The house was large enough to accommodate visiting family too and the outside area was very good. Overall the house was what we needed on this trip to visit family and was in a good location. We will consider coming again.

Location was good, equipment all brand new with labels still on. Clean, and tidy but bathroom and toilets have tired décor and could do with a revamp. The upstairs toilet has a magic flush either that or a ghost that flushes toilets. It sets itself off about 2 minutes after you come out of the room. The listing says no WiFi but there is WiFi but you have to hunt out the code for yourself. There is also a little garden. Towels and free toiletries laid out to make you feel welcome. Key in key safe so could check in and out at convenient time for us.
