Really cool apartment, big enough for 2 people, and great facilities! (Kitchen with equipment, nice bathroom and shower etc.) My only suggestion that would make the place a lot better, would be to add an A/C unit. We stayed in mid-July and struggled to sleep on a couple of the nights due to the heat, so an A/C would honestly have made this stay a 10/10 all round for me!

We absolutely loved our night, it was super cosy, cool and beautiful. Loved the lighting, shower was great, lovely sofa, very clean and decorated amazing! We already want to come back for our next stay! Thank you so much :)

31A Urban Stays is a fantastic studio with everything you need for a perfect stay. It's design and layout are amazing. Very spacious and brilliant combination of luxury, technology and modern design. It's genuinely really cool! The Urban Lounge downstairs is great too with delicious fresh food and great coffee. Urban Stays hosts Kieron and Lauren are absolutely brilliant. We had a long stay and had a fair bit of interaction with them. They are both so lovely friendly and helpful and provide exceptional customer service 24/7. The location of the studio is brilliant too. Magdalen Road is very vibrant and full of great shops, cafes and restaurants. It's also a short walk to the city centre and the cathedral. We absolutely loved staying here and had a great time. We highly recommend Urban Stays and will definitely be staying again. Thank you to everyone at Urban Stays and look forward to seeing you again soon.
