Close to city (15 min by car), place was clean, good size tv, big room and bed. Check in/out was easy.

The place was really nice in terms of comfort, location and quietness. Staff was really friendly and the price per night is great, cosidering we booked the place last minute.

We checked in at the bar and was shown to our room by a friendly and welcoming member of the team. Our room was cosy and warm and very comfortable, Tea and coffee facilities with plenty of supplies of both. There was a table and chairs outside to enjoy a peaceful cup of tea but alas it was too cold for us to use it, We will return in warmer months. Good base from which to explore Cromer and Norwich. There is a pub a few minutes walk serving meals

Really lovely location in the village and gardens. Nice old converted buildings offering a single room at a good price. Spoke to a friendly and helpful guy when I managed to get through about being late to check in. Good value for money.
